Home Invasion/Sexual Assault in the Northridge Area- the Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery Homicide Division, Special Assault Section, is asking the public's help in providing any information that would lead to the identity and arrest of the suspect involved in a home invasion sexual assault. Anyone with information regarding this specific crime is urged to contact LAPD- Devonshire Area Detectives, at (818) 832-0609. As a result, there is no threat to our community. The involved person of interest turned himself in and this person was arrested. As a result of this incident, this person died as a result of the injuries. At one point during this incident, one of the involved individuals was struck by a vehicle and transported to an area hospital. On scene investigation revealed a verbal dispute resulted in a physical fight between two family members. On 810 PM, Devonshire area patrol officers responded to the North Hills area, for a vehicle versus pedestrian traffic accident.
